  • Attend D&I skills-based group training for leaders and staff

  • Be involved in at least 2 diversity initiatives events/programs a year

The organization also gets access to resources like…

  • Social Coordinator Consult + Social Media post, blog post and included on the website + program completion social media blast & site drop

  • E-badge for the participant to showcase in their marketing efforts

  • Diversity planning consultation 2 hrs

  • 1x blog post on diversity effort
